Basic Notes of Diving and Snorkeling<\/h3>\n

Please check with all participants<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u30fbOur activities are for all people who are healthy
\n\u30fbMedical certificate from your doctor is needed if you are commuting hospital or taking medicines<\/p>\n

\u203bIf you have one of the list below right now or had previously, you might not be able to join our tour. In other case also, medical certificate may be needed to join the tour. Please ask us before the reservation. <\/p>\n

Although you bring medical statement, you may not be able to join the tour when you have one of the list below.<\/p>\n

(\u203b \u00d7 cannot participate \/ \u3007 can participate \/ \u25b3 consultation OR medical certificate is needed)<\/p>\n

\u00d7 Under 10 years old OR over 61 years old cannot join diving tour
\n\u00d7 Under 4 years old OR over 66 years old cannot join snorkeling tour
\n\u00d7 People who are hangover, or take some alcohol (liquor) on the participation day
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u203bPlease do not drink alcohol too much on the day before
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u25b3 Medical certificate is needed for chronic Alcoholics
\n\u00d7 Pregnant or potential pregnancy, and within 2 months after delivery
\n\u00d7 Person who had surgery or serious disease within 1 month
\n\u00d7 Rhinitis, otitis media, or other nasal disease in present,
\n\u3000OR when the situation that is not allowed to get some seawater at affected parts
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3007 Fully recovered
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3007 Hay fever, and no symptoms in recent
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000Medical certificate is needed if you have\/had\u2026
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u25b3 surgery of paranasal sinus
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u25b3 inner ear disease, hearing loss, tinnitus, and dizzy
\n\u00d7 Asthma, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Pneumothorax, and other respiratory problems in present, AND person who had one of those disease previously, or had surgery before
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3007 No symptoms without taking medicine for last 3 years, do not have aspirator in present
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3007 Childhood asthma \/ Fully recovered from bronchitis and pneumonia
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u00d7 All people who had pneumothorax previously are unable to join our tour
\n\u00d7 Heart disease, Angina, Arrhythmia, and other circulatory system problems in present,
\nAND person who is taking medicine of circulatory chronic disease
\n\u00d7 High blood pressure, Low Blood pressure, Diabetes mellitus, and other blood pressure diseases in present OR last 10 years. AND person who is taking medicine of these chronic disease
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u25b3 Medical certificate is needed if you had one of disease listed above and
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000also had been taking medicines
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u25b3 Medical certificate is needed when the cholesterol level is high in blood
\n\u00d7 Epilepsy, or any other brain nervous system problems, AND person who is taking medicine of chronic diseases on daily basis
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u00d7 Unable to join the tour if you have Epilepsy in present, and no symptoms currently
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000but you had in the past
\n\u00d7 Thyroid system chronic disease in the present or past, AND person who is taking medicine of chronic diseases on daily basis
\n\u00d7 Hernia currently
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u25b3 Medical certificate may need depending on the type of Hernia
\n\u00d7 Cerebral palsy, AND person who is taking medicine of chronic diseases on daily basis are unable to join our diving tour
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u25b3 Consultation is necessary for snorkeling
\n\u00d7 Gastrointestinal disorder including Gastric ulcer, experience in intestine surgery, fear of height and dark, and any other any problems
\n\u00d7 Mental illness, Panic disorder, Depression and any other mental problems, AND person who is taking medicine of chronic disease on daily basis
\n\u00d7 ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), Autism, Asperger syndrome, AND person who is taking medicine of chronic disease on daily basis
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u25b3 Consultation is necessary for snorkeling
\n\u25b3 Any other physical disabilities, AND person who is taking medicine of chronic disease on daily basis is required consultation
\n\u25b3 Medical certificate is needed for people who have Migraine more than 2 times in one month
\n\u25b3 Neuropathy (physical disability in half body, numbness, sudden speak-disability) recently or experienced before, is required medical certificate
\n\u25b3 Experienced losing consciousness within 5 years by hitting head is required medical certificate
\n\u00d7 Flight boarding schedule within 12 hours after 1 dive (due to pressure changes)
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3007 It is able to participate in snorkeling tour
\n\u00d7 Flight boarding schedule within 24 hours after 2 dive (due to pressure changes)
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3007 It is able to participate in snorkeling tour
\n\u3007 It is possible to participate the tour after 2 hour 30 mins from estimated time of arrival in Okinawa (It is possible to join diving tour on the day of arrival, however we only accept your reservation after the above time due to expect time consuming of migration and car rental after arrival)
\n\u3007 Signature of guardians is needed for minors (under 20 years old)
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000If the guardians will not travel together, we will send application form through
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000e-mail or FAX beforehand. Please tell us if you need. On the day, please bring
\n\u3000\u3000\u3000already-signed paper.<\/p>\n
